Shipping Policy:
We provide worldwide shipping through UPS, FEDEX and DHL or other reliable carriers. We deliver to your residential address or your place of employment. Please note that these courier services do not deliver to any PO Box address.
To avoid any disputes please make sure someone is there to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted, otherwise residential shipments to USA, CANADA & some other countries will be left at the door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answers the door bell. Our courier agents will not be able to provide sign confirmation of delivery made in such cases.
All deshilook.com orders are made Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Any order placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.
In most cases, any order would take 15-21 business days for you to receive the item after placing the order. To know more accurate time of shipping estimate we would advise you to e-mail us with the item code.
For all orders, please note that delays can occur in customs and these delays are beyond our control. Any customs or duty fees are charged once the package reaches its destination country. We cannot predict what these charges may be but the recipient must support any additional charges for customs clearance. We have no control over these charges and customs policies vary widely from country to country. You may want to contact your local custom office for further information on these fees.
Shipping cost is based on item’s price and weight. Therefore, bigger your order is, lower is the shipping cost.
Shipment and tracking details will be sent to customer by e-mail, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier. If you do not receive any email regarding tracking details within 24-48 hours please e-mail us at support@deshilook.com. Please make sure shipping address is correct when placing an order. In the event of wrong or incomplete address provided by the client might cause penalty by some courier companies. Without any exception customer are obliged to bear the cost of any such penalties.
